Additionally, the curtains are in various states of wear, the most severe of which is shown in the final photo. The furniture sets included are incomplete, some more so than others, & some substitutions/additions have been made. Various pieces are sun damaged/slightly loose/marked, but, as far as I can tell, the only broken furniture piece is the tap. I have additional photos of furniture grouped by set available if wanted. Comes with instructions for assembling the Dollshouse & three of the rooms. New, the house & extension cost £259.98, with the included sets adding an additional £177.92. The Pianist set appears to no longer be available from Playmobil, & the Victorian Bedroom is no longer available from Playmobil in that iteration.
