Genuine antique spiked livestock weaning halter used in early American farming, late 1800s to early 1900s. Hand-forged iron collar designed to prevent nursing in calves, goats, or sheep. These were common on working farms and are now difficult to find intact.

This piece retains original forged iron spikes with authentic patina from real farm use. Portions of the original rope remain attached, supporting age and originality. This is not a reproduction.

Perfect for antique farm tool collectors, primitive or farmhouse decor, rustic barn displays, western themes, museums, or man caves. Wear, surface rust, and age marks are consistent with a true working artifact.

Sold strictly as a collectible or display item due to age. Photos are part of the description.
